Forest school is mainly child led ie the child leads the learning and chooses what activities they would like to do  eg building a den, making a muddy potion, hunt for bugs. We as forest school leaders support them if they need it or develop the learning further by guiding them towards different ways of doing something or introducing a skill to support them in what they are trying to do. We do also introduce new skills and activities to the children we work with too. Here are some of the things children love to do during our sessions:
